I have unlocked the bootloader of my HTC One mini. After that it doesn't reboot. It's possble to enter bootloader and recovery but adb commands doesn't work The newest htc drivers are installed. adb tells: "no device found" What can i do now? No system to boot and no possibility to run adb commands.

Now I tried to manually unlock and used this tool to unlock and it brings up the screen on the phone asking if I want to unlock and I select yes. But when I boot back into the bootloader it still says relocked.

Visit the HTCDev website and login to your account. Open the bootloader unlock page. Select HTC One (M8) in the Supported Devices drop-down menu and click on Begin Unlock Bootloader. Agree to all the terms and conditions, and proceed further. On the first page of unlocking, scroll down to the very bottom and click on Proceed to Step 5.
I have a HTC Mini. Today I wasn't able to connect my phone into the wifi. Then, I restarted and afterwards the phone didn't boot at all. It goes only to the bootloader menu. Last two days I was looking for the solution. In the HBOOT menu when I tried to the factory reset it only jumps into the fastboot menu, same thing for the recovery. tJHPA.
